Ingredients

Strawberry Lemonade Probiotic Smoothie2 c. frozen strawberries

1/2 cup honey vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 cup strawberry kefir

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. flax seed (optional add-in for heart-healthy omega-3 fats)

1 scoop collagen powder or whey (optional add-in for a little extra protein boost)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, beginning with the strawberries. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set your blender to a high speed and blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Depending on the power of your blender, this should only take about 1 minute. Give your smoothie a taste test! If you prefer it a bit more tart, add a teaspoon at a time of lemon juice until desired flavor is achieved. Once you’re satisfied with the taste and texture, pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with a slice of strawberry or lemon if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy your delicious, probiotic-packed spring smoothie!
