Faith Presbyterian GriefShare: If you’ve lost a spouse, parent, sibling, child, or other close family member, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. GriefShare provides a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you. Trained facilitators who have experienced grief just like you will guide you through one of life’s most difficult experiences and provide you with the tools and resources to move forward. Meetings will be held online and at Faith Church (Lower Level), 4601 Valleydale Road, Birmingham, AL 35242 on Thursday nights from 7:00pm to 8:45pm, February 3, 2022. Community Grief Support offers various support groups for different types of grief. By gathering people with like losses together, great support is received—both from the leaders and volunteers, and from one other. Various locations are available, so please choose the group that is most convenient to you and communicate your choice to us so we can contact you prior to the first meeting.
