3 15.8 oz cans Great Northern or Navy beans drained

1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
