Expand your horizons with creative and practical noncredit courses and workshops for children and adults with Samford’s Academy of the Arts! Classes are available for kids, teens, and adults in art, languages, music and photography.
Explore stained glass, drawing, photography, painting, pottery, and other art forms. Music lessons are available in piano, strings, theory, voice and flute.
Art classes for children are offered for ages 6-17 while adult art classes include: drawing, painting (acrylics and watercolors), mixed medium, pottery, and stained glass. Learn a new language with classes in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
Interested in expanding your musical skills? Music classes are available for children ages 5-18 and for adults in piano, voice, violin, cello, and flute. Photography offerings include Canon and Nikon (DSLR or Mirrorless), along with a variety of core and elective classes. The Academy of the Arts even offers a Photography Certificate Program!
