Ingredients
4 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper optional
1 small onion, chopped 1 cup
3 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 32 oz carton chicken broth or stock 4 cups
3 15.8 oz cans Great Northern or Navy beans drained
1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
