Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey or beef seasoned
1 pound Italian sausage
4 or 5 cups beef or chicken broth
2 15 ounce can of tomato sauce or canned/jarred spaghetti sauce
1 16 ounce can of tomato paste
8 sheets uncooked lasagna noodles
½ cup whipping cream
mozzarella cheese as you prefer
Optional
1 teaspoon garlic minced
¼ cup onion chopped
¼ cup bell pepper chopped
Instructions
Brown your ground turkey or beef and season with your favorite seasonings. Drain grease from the meat. Add the optional ingredients now, then add the broth, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Once you’ve got a good boil going, lower to a simmer and add the noodles to cook thoroughly. Add the whipping cream a few minutes before turning off the heat and stir in. Serve in a bowl topped with your favorite garnishes or with a side of garlic bread.
