Ingredients

“With just a few ingredients and minimal prep time, you can whip up a batch of these delicious peach dumplings that will have everyone asking for seconds.”

1 package Crescent rolls

1 can Peaches sliced into 8 pieces

1 stick Butter melted

¼ cup Brown sugar

½ cup Granulated sugar

1 cup Water or Sprite (or substitute with ½ cup water + ½ cup peach juice)

1-2 tablespoons Vanilla

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut peaches into 8 slices if they aren’t already cut. Open crescent rolls, then separate each roll. Place each peach slice on the wide end of each triangle, roll each peach slice in the crescent roll, and tuck the ends in. Make sure each roll covers the peach slice. Place each roll in a glass baking dish. Combine water, sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, then remove from the heat and add vanilla extract. Pour the liquid mixture over your dumplings in a glass dish and sprinkle some cinnamon, sugar, or even pecans on top. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes. When your peach dumplings are ready to be served, sprinkle some cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar on top to your liking.
