Ingredients

“If you’re looking for quick and simple recipes to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey or rotisserie chicken, this one is a kid-friendly dinner winner! Even picky eaters will love it. It’s a close cousin to the popular hamburger tater tot casserole. It’s a shortcut version of turkey pot pie made without cream of “anything” soup or pie crust.”

Turkey Tater Tot Pie2 cups cubed or shredded, cooked turkey or chicken

1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce

1 (10-12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

1/3 cup chopped frozen or fresh onion (optional)

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme or 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

40 frozen tater tots (about 2 1/2 cups or 12 ounces)
