Strawberry Cream Cheese Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it to the side until your cookie mixture is ready. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix. Add cooking oil and 2 eggs. Mix them all well. Fold in cream cheese chips. Use a small cookie scoop to portion the dough into small balls, drop rounded cookie balls on baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
