Strawberry Brownies with Cake Mix
Ingredients
1 15.25 Strawberry Box Cake Mix (I love Betty Crocker)
⅓ cup cooking oil
2 large eggs
¾ cup Powder Sugar
2 tablespoons milk or heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp strawberry extract optional for more strawberry flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large mixing bowl add cake mix, oil, and eggs, and mix together well with a spatula. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with baking spray. Spread brownie batter in the 8×8 baking dish evenly. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until your baking stick tester comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool for 10 minutes. Mix confectioner’s sugar and whipping cream together well. Pour glaze over brownies. Cut and enjoy!
