Mama Sue’s Meatloaf Balls

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
¾ cup milk
½ cup instant oats
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheese
2/3 cup ketchup
1 ½ tbs. mustard (for topping)
¼ cup brown sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Make into small balls about the size of golf balls. Mix the topping ingredients together. Pour the topping over the balls and back at 350°F for one hour. You can make this into the shape of a loaf if you do not want the balls.
