Baked Pimento Cheese Dip with Bacon

Ingredients
“I played basketball in high school, so I really get into March Madness, especially starting with the sweet sixteen games. Two of the things I love (besides bacon) about this recipe is that I always have these ingredients on hand and that it is baked in a cast iron skillet. Did I mention bacon?”
4 ounces cream cheese (half an 8 ounce package)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (12 ounce) package pre-shredded Colby Jack cheese OR a combination of 12 ounces of pre-shredded Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimento peppers
1/4 cup packaged real bacon pieces OR 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
