Ingredients

“Fall baking is much easier with shortcuts! My Apple Cider Cookies is an easy recipe with a twist. Instead of simmering cider on the stove, I used a surprise ingredient that packs in all that apple cider flavor without all the extra work. These cookies come together fast, tastes like fall in every bite, and are proof that easy can still be delicious.”

1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, very soft

1 large egg

1 (17.5 ounce) package sugar cookie mix

2 (.74 ounce) packages spiced apple cider instant drink mix (I used Alpine)

2 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar (2 tablespoons sugar + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)
