You could say Sky Zone is the inventor of fun fitness. The world’s first indoor trampoline and activities park allows visitors to experience weightlessness, jump on trampolines, climb on a rock climbing tower, work out with a trainer, and even host a party.

Sky Zone’s new location in Hoover features a number of different activities that are sure to please all ages and skill levels including:

Freestyle jumping gives access to all Sky Zone activities.
Skyrobics is a dynamic, low impact aerobics workout.
Fierce dodgeball competitions combine regular dodgeball with Sky Zone’s patented wall-to-wall trampolines.
Sky Slam has trampoline launch pads that bounce players ten feet in the air to dunk a basketball.
In the drop zone, jumpers practice their skills, pose mid-air for photos and softly land.
Summer Sky Camp features five half days of instructor-led activities, age-appropriate SkyFitness, open jumping and ultimate dodgeball.

Open Jump means full access to all Sky Zone activities, including Free Style Jump, the Drop Zone, Ultimate Dodgeball, Sky Slam, and Free Climb Sky Tower. Admission pricing ranges from $10 for 30 minutes to $21 for two hours.

Sky Zone prides itself on being family friendly. David Vanburst, owner of the Hoover location, says, “We encourage parents to interact and jump with their kids.” Sky Zone has specific programs, such as Toddler Time, that allow parents and kids to interact and be active together. The park also offers Home School Days with special pricing.

All of the fun activities at Sky Zone are done under the direction of a well trained staff that lets you fly high while remembering to keep it safe. “One of the biggest things that separates us from other parks is that we are members of The International Association of Trampoline Parks,” explains Vanburst, “which I am a founding member of, and we take safety seriously.”
