Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center Gardening Class

Sometimes in life we have to step outside the box and allow the pieces to fall where they may.  It is then that we are able to put things back into perspective where they belong. In this month’s gardening class, participants will learn breathing techniques, along with chair yoga exercises, that will teach participants the techniques of relaxation.
