STS Institute

The STS Institute is a “Ministry Trade School” created to help the next generation of student pastors, worship leaders, and production leaders become strong leaders within the church for decades to come. We are a fast-track, in-person program that is designed to be practical, personal, and affordable. The curriculum is divided into three parts: Theology, Practical Ministry, and Personal Growth. The goal is to walk out of the Institute and directly into a ministry position.

The classes are hands-on, working with our faculty who are current ministers in the local church. The Institute is designed to give you current real-life knowledge and experiences. The first year of the program is in the classroom and in the second year, you will be in a paid staff position in the local church learning under the church’s ministers. Along with the classroom instruction, a mentor, and the paid practicum position, scholarships covering nearly 60% of the program cost are available.
