Best Ever Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
3 eggs large
2 tablespoons sandwich spread
1 tablespoon relish optional
Pepper
Sugar
Instructions
Place eggs in a large boiler and cover with cold water. Set the pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Drain and rinse eggs under cold water, and peel them. Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a medium bowl. Mash yolks with the back of a fork until smooth. Then, add sandwich spread and relish. Season with a dash of salt, pepper, and sugar. Spoon mixture into each egg. Garnish with chives or paprika.
