Johna’s Peach Delight
Ingredients
Crust:
1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans
Layer 2:
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2½ c. powdered sugar
Layer 3:
6 -7 fresh peaches
Layer 4:
1 c. sugar
4 T. peach Jello
4 T. self-rising flour
1 c. water
Instructions
For crust: Chop pecans finely. Mix all ingredients together and spread in 9×13 baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.
For layer 2:
Using mixer, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
For layer 3:
Slice peaches and place on Layer 2.
For layer 4:
Mix together sugar, Jello, and flour to get rid of lumps. Add water. Cook on low heat until it thickens. Cool slightly before pouring over Layer 3. Best if chilled before serving.
