White Chocolate Strawberry Bars
Ingredients
1 Box of Strawberry Cake Mix
3 Eggs
Ā¼ cup of white chocolate chips
3 Cups of Confectionerā€™s Sugar
1 Stick of Butter (Melted)
1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese
Instructions
In a bowl combine strawberry cake mix, 1 egg, and 1 stick of melted butter. Mix all 3 ingredients well. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with Bakerā€™s Joy. Add cake mixture in the baking dish and spread across the whole pan. Add white chocolate chips on top of cake mixture. Mix 3 cups of confectionerā€™s sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 block of cream cheese together with a mixer. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of cake mixture. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Ā
