Ingredients

2 cans of crescent rolls

2 large Granny Smith apples

2 sticks of butter

2 cups of sugar

2 tsp of cinnamon

1 (12 oz) can of Mountain Dew

 

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Peel/cut apples into 8 wedges.

Separate crescent rolls into triangles.

Wrap each apple wedge in one crescent roll- place in greased 9×13 dish.

In a saucepan, melt butter then stir in cinnamon and sugar.

Pour evenly over dumplings then pour the Mountain Dew over top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking time, use a large spoon to baste liquid in bottom of pan over dumplings.
