Ingredients

“These are so delicious, and the perfect Christmas treat to gift or enjoy with family and friends.”

2 cups creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup unsalted butter softened
2.5 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
16 oz bag of melting chocolate (White, milk, or dark chocolate)

Instructions

Place first 4 ingredients in your mixing bowl and blend together until well combined. It will be a thick fudge consistency. Roll into 1”-2” balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined in parchment paper. Chill them in the refrigerator while melting the chocolate. Place melting chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30-45 second increments, stirring after each time, until the chocolate is smooth. Dip peanut butter balls in the chocolate and let them dry completely on the parchment paper.
