Merry Christmas French Toast
Ingredients
1 loaf sour dough bread, sliced thickly
2 eggs
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Butter for cooking
Instructions
Have your buttered griddle or heavy skillet heating over medium heat on the stove top. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, and cinnamon. Quickly dunk bread slice into egg mixture, and flip it so both sides are covered. Pull bread out of mixture and let excess drip off. Cook on both sides until they are browned. Continue process until all bread is cooked.
