Ingredients

1 pack of 12 Hawaiian Rolls

¾ pound of deli meat (turkey, chicken, or ham)

12 slices of cheese (I have used mozzarella, havarti, colby jack and sharp)

1 stick of butter

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire’s sauce

2 tablespoons honey mustard

½- 1 teaspoon minced onion

Poppy seeds (optional to be sprinkled on the top)

Instructions

Open each roll and add a slice of deli meat of your choice on the bottom of the roll. Add a slice of cheese on each slider. (You can cut cheese in half to fit on roll.) Add the top of the dinner rolls to each slider. In a small saucepan, melt your butter and add the brown sugar, Worcestershire’s sauce, honey mustard, and minced onion. Pour butter mixture over the sliders and sprinkle poppy seeds on top after the butter mixture.  The butter will help the poppy seeds stick. Bake in the oven on 350°F for 10-15 minutes’ or until cheese is melted and the sliders look yummy and gooey.
