-32 oz t-bone steak (4 steaks)
-1 teaspoon kosher salt or amount needed
-1 teaspoon black pepper or amount needed
-8 oz cream cheese, softened
-4 oz Bacon slices, cooked and coarsely chopped (1/4 cup)
-¼ cup pickled jalapenos, finey chopped
-2 whole green onions, thinly sliced
-¼ teaspoon kosher salt
-Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling. Season both sides liberally with kosher salt and pepper.
-To make sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
-Grill steaks until desired doneness. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes after removed from the heat.
-Top steaks with jalapeño popper sauce.
