What We Offer:

- We will meet internship credit hour requirements. Semester hours may range from 120 to 250 hours, up to 20 hours per week. Most hours may be completed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Upload content and ads to website (BirminghamChristian.com) via WordPress.
- Create and schedule an average of 20 social posts per week related to advertising partners and pointing readers to them to learn more. Need to be comfortable with writing engaging social media posts on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
- Manage and engage social media outlets as it relates to promoting advertising partners.
- Continually seek best practices in social media to grow awareness, visibility, and followers.
- Opportunity to develop new strategies of marketing digital content.
Advertising Sales
- Research and gather information on potential new customers and document in Hubspot.
- Reach out via email and phone to 20 potential customers per week.
- Set face-to-face sales appointments and go on appointments with Account Executive. Goal of at least one per week.
Skills: Some experience in writing digital content and understanding of digital marketing strategies. Some level of experience with Word Press, Excel and social media management helpful.
