Special Feature
There are places in this world that feel like they were made for something more. For quiet moments of reflection. For the sacred joy of gathering. For the kind of celebration that leaves the soul renewed. FoxHaven is one of those places.
Set among the gentle hills of Jemison, Ala., FoxHaven began not as a business plan but as a prayer. When Greg and Traci Fox, along with their son Ryan, first walked the land they saw more than buildings and fields. They saw a space waiting to be restored, not only with their hands but with purpose. They asked God how their family might use this land to bless others. The answer came slowly and faithfully. And, over the past year, the dream took shape. Today, FoxHaven welcomes guests to a place where peace is present, where hospitality feels personal and where gathering together to celebrate becomes something sacred.
Weddings, ministry, corporate and nonprofit retreats and family reunions all find their place here. But it is not just the events that matter. It is the spirit in which they unfold. There is a stillness to the landscape, a sense of grace woven into the vineyard rows and the light that falls across the lake. Guests often say they feel something they can’t quite name. Perhaps it is the quiet joy that comes from knowing you are seen, welcomed and loved.
celebrations.
Throughout the property, names carry meaning. Names like Stillwaters Villa, Grace Cottage and Vine & Vow have been chosen with Scripture in mind. These spaces are more than beautiful. They speak to a deeper truth. That this land was given back to God and everything that happens here is an offering. The Fox family never set out to build a venue. They set out to serve. Greg brings a heart for restoration and tradition. Traci offers the wisdom of years spent leading with care and creativity. Ryan, though building his own path in healthcare, remains grounded in the shared vision of shaping a legacy that honors faith and family.
Together, they have created a place that feels set apart. A place where celebrations are wrapped in reverence and joy is something shared not only between guests, but with the One who gives every good thing.
FoxHaven is not just where people gather. It is where they remember. Where they rest. Where they rejoice in the beauty of togetherness and the quiet presence of God.
