Exhibitor Registration

EACH CELEBRATE THE FAMILY EXPO EXHIBITOR RECEIVES:
• 10x6 Space which includes one 8-foot table, 2 chairs, wifi access. Table drape cover available (add $15).
• Opportunity to display educational resources/marketing materials, offer free samples and promotional items, conduct giveaway drawing within Exhibitor space. Product sales also allowed with Hoover business license.
• If desired, Exhibitor may provide their own racks, shelving, lattice work, pipe and draping, display furnishings to hang items and/or separate their booth from the others.

You may choose to set up either Friday September 12, 2025 between 1-4pm or on Saturday morning September 13, 2025 between 7:30-9:30am. All exhibits need to be set up and ready to go by 9:15am. A line of attendees will start forming around 9:15 am to receive Expo swag bags.
Being set up by 9:15am, will also give you an opportunity to network with other exhibitors and vendors before the crowd is allowed to enter.
