The 57th Greater Birmingham Mayors’ Prayer Breakfast

This U.S. National Day of Prayer event is a significant part of Birmingham’s legacy. In the aftermath of the chaotic 1963 Birmingham Campaign, Reverend Billy Graham held the city’s first integrated event at Legion Field on Easter Sunday in 1964.
