NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness | Shelby EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS are free monthly meetings regarding different aspects concerning mental illness as well as introductions to resources and programs available for both family members and those living with mental illness. Topics each meeting can range from Q&A’s with mental health professionals to learning about different local therapeutic programs available.
