Montevallo Arts Fest

Artists and artisans from Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Louisiana, Arizona and Missouri will line Orr Park to display and sell their work ranging from fine arts to fine crafts. Paintings and drawings, wood and metal works, photographs and prints, glass and clay creations, textiles and mixed media art will be available for purchase at this once-a-year festival. 129 artists and artisans will be at this year’s Montevallo Arts Fest.

Entertainment adds to the festival’s atmosphere. There is a great line up planned for the Music Stage for this year’s festival! Daniel Bowden is first up at 11 a.m., Earth to Alice is next at noon, The Martini Shakers perform at 1:00, High-Fidelics take the stage at 2:00, and The Murder of Jane Crow closes out the musical entertainment at 3:15 p.m.

Two local garden clubs, The Montevallo Evening Garden Club and Centrala Garden Club, will assist in making garden art in the children’s area. Balloon artist Carl Carrier and face painter Paisley Barrow will also be back this year.

All your favorite festival food trucks, as well as some newcomers will make sure no one goes away hungry — 9:59 Sweets & Drinks, Chad and Ken Waites, Chick fil A, Corn King, Frios, Good to the Bone, Hey Bebe, Kona Ice, La Antojeria Snack Bar, Moe and Moore’s, Nettie B’s Grill, Ohana Made Lemonade, Roll Cajun Boudin, Parasol Treats, Southern Coffee and Waffles, Taqueria El Camioncito, Venice Gelato, and Wilson’s Kettle Corn.
