The Celebrate The Family Expo is an annual event which brings together resources and entertainment for families.

The event from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. is FREE and open to the public. The event features Live Entertainment, Kids’ Zone, Exhibition Area, Food and Product Samples and much more! The 2022 Celebrate the Family Expo will be held at the Hoover Met Complex, located at 5508 Stadium Trace Parkway, Hoover, AL 35244.

  • Opportunity to provide a Door Prize which will be announced during event.

Exhibitor Packages

EACH CELEBRATE THE FAMILY EXPO EXHIBITOR RECEIVES:

  • 10×6 Space which includes one 8-foot table, 2 chairs, space taped off, wifi access. Table drape cover available (add $12).
  • Opportunity to display educational resources/marketing materials, offer free samples and promotional items, conduct giveaway/ drawing within Exhibitor space. Product sales also allowed with Pelham business license.
  • If desired, Exhibitor may provide their own racks/shelving/lattice work/pipe and draping/display furnishings to hang items and/or separate their booth from the others.
  • Box Lunch, 2 per booth.

Space Limited to 60 Exhibitors

  • Single Booth Non-Advertiser Rate: $425
  • Single Booth Advertiser Rate: $325 (Advertisers with April and/or May 2022 Ad in BCF)
  • Single Booth Non-Profit/Ministry Rate(501(c): $275
  • Double Booth Package: $800
