February has always been known as the month of love!
Whether its red hearts full of chocolate, red roses, big red stuffed animals or big red balloons, people spend millions of dollars every year on these various gifts trying to show their love for the special people in their lives. True love is so much more than a big red balloon or a box of chocolates that only last a few hours. True love last forever!
Recently, my good friend Tommy lost his battle with cancer, leaving his wife, daughter and grandchildren behind. Tommy wasn’t concerned about what type of stuffed animal he was leaving behind to his loved ones, because he knew that it would be just like leaving an “Empty Red Chair” at the family table. He made the decision years ago to “Leave a Legacy of Love” when this day came.
