Prince of Peace Catholic School’s National Junior Honor Society recently inducted 35 new members from grades six through eight. To be eligible for induction, students maintain a 3.5 GPA, be of excellent character, service-oriented, possess leadership skills and be recommended by their teachers. NJHS members are responsible for the school’s weekly recycling program, serving at the school fall festival and during Catholic Schools Week. This past year they collected over 400 books and donated them to diocesan schools to expand their libraries.
