Espresso is not even a year old yet, but he’s got an old soul. He’s constantly overlooked at adoption events, not because he acts out, but because he doesn’t sell himself enough!
This sweet boy will sit in his crate and be perfectly content to watch the world pass by around him. While he does lean a little on the shy side, he also loves deeply and has been patiently waiting to find the perfect family that is willing to give him the time he needs to warm up to them. He has lived with children, cats, and other dogs and gets along with them all famously. He enjoys having playmates around because, like any true introvert, he allows his closest friends to see the fun side of him! Espresso is also house trained (like the proper gentleman he is!) and crate trained. His crate is his safe spot, and it is not uncommon to look over and realize he’s retired to his crate for a bit of “me time” or a nap.
