Wrapped Up in What Matters

For the month of December, Hometown Lenders would like to remember the reason for the season and what is most important in life. Let’s take time to be thankful for the life we have and what we are given and remember those that do not have.

Here at HomeTown Lenders we are blessed throughout the year with the opportunity to work with numerous local non-profits to give back and help where we can and where they need our help. This year our staff cooked for our local police departments as a way to say thanks, we rallied with the community and hosted a 5k race to raise money for scholarships for children of local police officers and this month we are participating in a toy drive with Oak Mountain Mission to provide Christmas to more than 150 area children in need. You can participate with us by simply dropping off an unwrapped toy for a boy or girl of any age through December 7 at HomeTown in Hoover.

And let’s not forget the simple, priceless gifts we have the opportunity to give each and every day. Join me in giving someone a hug today, sharing a smile.
