Special Feature
93.7 WDJC FM recently welcomed Kim Adams to the Birmingham Radio Team. Kim is a TELLY award winner and mother of five children and two golden retrievers named Rosie and Cali. As a single mom, a breast cancer survivor, and a Christ follower, Kim has a wealth of life stories to share with WDJC listeners, including her experience as a Hurricane Katrina survivor. Adams’ program will feature listener calls, dedications, and heart touching stories. “In a day and time when the world seeks hope and encouragement, Kim comes to WDJC eager to share both the challenge and the victory she has experienced in her own life. I consider it a blessing to welcome Kim’s voice to a life changing lineup of inspirational programming,” said General Manager, Frank Franciosi. Having served as a skilled meteorologist at ABC and NBC Television affiliates, Adams now joins 93.7 WDJC as a late-night host from 7pm-midnight, starting April 19. Adams says, “I feel incredibly blessed to be joining WDJC. I’m hoping to build a Christian based show that will comfort, uplift, and inspire my listeners.” †
