**Brookdale University Park Clare Bridge Crossings**

Brookdale University Park Clare Bridge Crossings is a stepping stone between home or Assisted Living and Clare Bridge Memory Care. It is designed to support those living with early-stage Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Innovative engagement provides an opportunity to “stretch to improve” cognitive skills, and a daily routine of programs, including a specially designed exercise program, helps residents stay socially connected, engaged and more confident in their abilities.

Residents are staying in shape with the help of the new equipment and a beautiful space to stay active.Residents of Brookdale’s Independent Living are now enjoying a newly renovated gym/spa area. The Brookdale staff en- courages an active lifestyle for their senior residents because keeping in shape physically helps keep them in shape mentally. Brookdale seniors are very active and get to enjoy new exercise equipment to help them reach their health goals.
