At Prince of Peace Catholic School, your child will receive the finest education from dedicated and supportive teachers in a faith-filled, clean, safe environment. For over 20 years, we have been forming students into mature, responsible, and productive members of society who serve God and their community. We offer a rigorous, full-day, pre-K3 – grade 8 Catholic faith-based curriculum that engages students in the interdisciplinary lessons of science, technology, religion, engineering, the arts, and math (STREAM). Our faculty teaches collaboratively to develop students’ critical thinking abilities which prepares them for high school success. Service is a key component of a Prince of Peace education. Beginning in pre-K3, students learn how to be the hands and feet of Jesus here on earth. In middle school, they join one of six service “houses” where they collaborate (under the guidance of faculty), to help those in need in the community. Our campus separates early elementary, elementary, and middle school students into three buildings with modern, technology-equipped classrooms. Before and after school care is available on site. Extracurricular activities, music, art, robotics, and sports opportunities abound. Parents are welcome to become part of their child’s education through classroom involvement, volunteer opportunities and the parent-teacher organization. Prince of Peace is a National Blue-Ribbon School of Excellence, “Best School in Hoover” in 2017, 2019 and 2021, a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development and accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the National Catholic Education Association. Come and learn more about our amazing school through an individualized tour, available every “Welcome Wednesday” by reservation with the school office.
