The mission at Warrior Wrestling Club, located in Alabaster, is to teach the art of wrestling in both national and international styles while mentoring the youth under our tutelage. Our mission exists in the knowledge that we will encourage and promote personal growth spiritually, physically, and emotionally through positive reinforcement of activities, which constantly challenge the spirit, body and mind. We pledge to promote: Faith, integrity, respect, humility, honestly, perseverance, responsibility, work ethic and much more! Registration for the fall youth season is open! Boys and girls in grades K-12 have the opportunity to improve self-confidence and build personal accountability while training and competing in wrestling. Warrior Wrestlers are the 2019 Youth AAU State Title Champs and 2020 Youth AAU State Runner Ups! Registration is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
All 3 Warrior Wrestling Coaches are Wrestling College All Americans, including Matt Moley. He joined the staff in August and brings tons of accolades as a wrestler and as a college coach! As a wrestler Moley was a 2x All American ranked as high as #2 in the country, Northeast Regional Champ and World Trial Qualifier as well as Senior Nationals 5th place 2011. His coaching experience includes alma mater Bloomsburg University, Rutgers and most recently Head Assistant at Reinhardt University where he helped legendary Coach Jeff Bedard achieve the teams highest finish in school history. The 2019-2020 season ended with 7 all Americans, including 1 finalist and an overall 3rd place finish as a team.
