There will be a panel of loss survivors who will share how they have and continue to deal with holiday grief (spousal loss\, loss of adult child\, and parental loss). Bereavement care expert and counselor\, Steve Sweatt\, LPC/LMFT and clinical director at CGS will provide helpful tips on coping with holidays.
