SUMMARY:The Harmonics
DESCRIPTION:The Harmonics\, a nationally acclaimed acapella group from Uganda! The Harmonics Uganda sing mostly Christian music in African and American styles. They started as young high school musicians and have been an established group since 2012. They have recently been voted the #2 acapella group in Uganda. They arrived in the United States in February 2018 and are touring to raise funds for the ministry\, Acts of Love Uganda\, which helps families in Uganda start businesses to have an income. \nAdmission is free with an opportunity to give a love offering. The Katogo Slum in Gaba is one of the places the ministry helps. Every rainy season the slum floods and people either sleep sitting up to keep from drowning or move to higher ground until the flood waters recede. \nThe love offerings from the tour will go to purchase land near Lugazi to create a self-sustaining community to move these families to a safer place. \nFor additional information please call the LCVH at (205)823-1883. \nThe Harmonics Uganda “Alpha tour” is sponsored by Acts of Love Uganda\, Inc\, a 501c3 non-profit ministry that provides a means to families in Uganda to have an income to support their families.  You may read further about this ministry at www.actsofloveuganda.org.
